- Orders placed before 2 pm (Monday–Friday) are processed and dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2 pm, or on weekends or bank holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
- Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch, so customers can expect their order within 2–4 business days of placement.
2. Shipping Cost: Weight-Based Rates
Adopting a clear and predictable tiered structure, here’s our weight-based shipping fee table:

This structure mirrors standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 pricing for tracked delivery within the UK mainland. For packages over 2 kg, a tracked courier service is used with costs adjusted based on exact weight.
Your delivery charges will be automatically calculated and added to your basket.
3. Tracking & Notifications
- Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, enabling you to monitor the delivery in real time.
