Refund policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective from 22nd August 2025
Applies to all booking services and physical products provided by The Mystic Pathway.
1. General Booking Terms
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, including:
- Mentoring
- Courses
- Private readings
- Workshops
- Online and in-person training and classes
Missed sessions or non-attendance do not qualify for refunds or transfers.
2. Deposits and Payments
- A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your place.
- Once any payment is made (full or partial), it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Monthly payments are due by the date agreed when the deposit is made.
- Late payments without agreement may lead to loss of your place and deposit and incur additional charges.
3. Payment Methods
Payments are accepted via:
- Online Banking
- Credit/Debit Cards
4. Cancellations and Withdrawals
- If you cancel or withdraw from a booking, the full balance remains payable.
- Refunds or transfers are not available under any circumstances once a booking is confirmed.
5. Card Details & Outstanding Balances
- Card details may be securely held for any outstanding payments.
- If a balance remains unpaid, your card may be charged automatically.
- Declined or blocked cards will still result in the amount being owed, and legal action may be taken to recover the balance.
6. Changes to Bookings
- Dates and times may be subject to change. If this occurs, an alternative will be offered.
- If a session is cancelled by The Mystic Pathway, your payment will be transferred to another course or service. Refunds will not be issued.
- The Mystic Pathway reserves the right to cancel or refuse a booking at any time, in which case a full refund will be given.
7. Additional Charges
Admin or booking fees may apply and will be deducted from any approved refund (where applicable). Prices are subject to change prior to final payment.
8. Refund Timescales
Where a refund is granted (in rare, exceptional cases), it will be processed via your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Physical Product Return Policy
Effective from 22nd August 2025
Applies to all physical products purchased from The Mystic Pathway.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at theMysticPathway@propertico.co.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at theMysticPathway@propertico.co.
Service Disclaimer
All views and insights offered during sessions are subjective and based on personal interpretation. The Mystic Pathway is not liable for statements made by others during courses or group settings. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for any verbal or physical abuse directed at staff or students.
Recording & Intellectual Property
No recording or photography is permitted during sessions. All content remains the intellectual property of The Mystic Pathway. Unauthorized use, sharing, or reproduction of content is a breach of copyright and may result in legal action.
Advertising and Promotion
No promotion, advertising, or sale of goods/services is allowed during sessions (online or in person) without written consent.
Young Adults & Age Policy
You must be 18 years or older to access any service, including private readings, mentoring, courses, or events. Private readings are not available to anyone under 18. Individuals aged 16–17 may attend some general development classes if suitable, with written parental consent and supervision by a parent or guardian. The Mystic Pathway accepts no liability for the safety or conduct of minors.
Certification
The Mystic Pathway does not provide certification or official accreditation for any training, course, or service.
